GOEXPO EXAMPLE

I created the GoExpo Knowledgebase, writing over 30 articles for both clients and employees. All of my articles follow the same structure of this example article.

I begin with a short explanation of the article. This helps give context for the end user.

The item the user needs to select is bolded.

Included are pictures for reference. The item that is selected is in a red box.

PATHABLE EXAMPLE

This is an article that I updated. I ensured that the language throughout was consistent and updated the reference photos with the new user interface.

Each question links to the answer further down in the article. This helps the end user find exactly what they need without scrolling through a long article.
