My name is Erin Magner. Prior to the pandemic I worked in technical theater. When live performances shutdown, I pivoted my skills to support virtual events. Here, I found a love for technical writing. 

 

I believe if people are given the correct tools, they can accomplish anything. I take this and apply it to my technical writing and teaching. I ensure that my documentation is consistent, clear, and digestible to empower both employees and clients with product knowledge. I am a quick-learner, team-player, and love a good dad joke!

Outside of work, I like to be active! I enjoy walking my newly rescued pup, going to the aerial gym, or spending time outside kayaking and hiking.
